Congo family was established in 2005 in D.R Congo and granted charitable status.
A quality basic education is something which every child should get regardless of their family background and community to which they belong. We strive to get educated in order to experience a good livelihood. As education being an integral part of our life, spreading awareness about education will support development in education system and more opportunities for children to study.
Congo Family restoration provide support & educational materials to schools to children from under privileged children in the DR Congo. This ensures that children attend school and receive regular materials enabling them to focused in school.
Our belief is that education is the best defense against poverty and disease and our mission is to promote it in the DR CONGO.
In DR Congo, while no school fees facility is provided by the Government, primary and secondary school education is out of reach for the poorest children, many of whom are orphaned or have parents who are too sick to provide for them.
Without education these children have little hope of escaping a life of the most extreme poverty
We offer them better knowledge of how to protect and care for themselves and their families and better hope for a job after graduation. Those who perform especially well are able to continue toward higher education and a professional career, becoming leaders in their communities and role models for other.
